June MDRA Meeting

MDR Anglers Meets on the second Wednesday of each month. This month we meet on June 9th at the cumunity room in Burton Chase Park, Marina Del Rey.

The Speaker was Larry Derr. If you missed it you will have to wait for next time Larry Derr comes to MDRA to show the live action video of halibut striking the anchovy on the slow drift. Now we know why there are so many "false strikes" when halibut fishing.

Dear Larry: Please come back and show us more video in Jan or Feb. before the 26th Annual MDR Halibut Derby.
