Millennium 2000 Halibut Derby

April 1^st and 2^nd 2000

Awards Party

SUNDAY April 2^nd 4 p.m.

All derby anglers are invited to attend the Big Awards Party, which is included in your entry fee. Party in Burton Chace Park following the Sunday weigh-in. Live Music, Food and No-host Bud bar. The Super Raffle and Door Prizes make it very rewarding. Come and cheer the many winners.

Rods, Reels, Tackle, Trips, and all be given away at the party in the Raffle. Must be present to win the Raffle. The Knife by Frank McGill will be a separate raffle drawing and you need not be present to win the knife.

Entertainment at the party includes:

The Dorado's

Live music on the stage

An additional party favor will be the live music of the Dorado's. If you don't know their selection of fisherman's songs you will be amazed and amused all the more. The tempo of the party will be Fun Fast and Festive.

Budweiser the King of Beers

Bud Girls will help keep the fun flowing.

Those famous Bud Girls will be helping us party and the Budweiser on tap will help you relax and cheer the winners all the better. This Party in the park will be patrolled by security who will require all the Budweiser beer and food stay in the designated MDR Halibut Derby Awards Party area. The launch ramp parking lot will be patrolled by security.

Buffet Dinner Served

Good food for all entrants in Derby.

All derby entrants are going to receive a meal ticket that will entitle you to some good food to restore your strength after a long hard day of fishing. We are arranging to have facilities in the park and the meal will be during the awards party. Additional meal tickets will be available at the awards party for $10.00

Raffles and Door Prizes

Three great places to win more stuff

All entrants will be given a Door Prize ticket, and throughout the party lucky winners will be picked.

Super Raffle… Terrific support from the community and fishing industry means you can win a lot of really wonderful stuff. Be sure to purchase these Raffle Tickets at the Weigh-in and during the Awards Party.

Last drawing of the day will be for the Frank M^cGill custom knife.
