I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HALIBUT DERBY.

The undersigned parties hereby agree, for the opportunity to participate in the 26^th Annual Marina del Rey Halibut Derby on April 1 & 2 2000, to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Marina del Rey Anglers Inc., its officers, directors, and agents from all claims, demands and causes of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, all liability for damages of every kind, nature, known and unknown, permanent or otherwise, sustained by the undersigned as an entrant in the Halibut Derby.
