The undersigned parties hereby agree, for the opportunity to participate in the 25th Annual Marina del Rey Halibut Derby on March 27, 28, 1999, to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Marina del Rey Anglers Inc., its officers, directors, and agents from all claims, demands and causes of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, all liability for damages of every kind, nature, known and unknown, permanent or otherwise, sustained by the undersigned as an entrant in the Halibut Derby.
ALL CONFIRMATIONS AND MERCHANDISE WILL BE SENT TO ENTRY #1.
